
OLIVIA JACKSON
Owner and Principal Occupational Therapist
Olivia graduated from the University of Sydney and has worked in paediatric practice for over 30 years. She has completed a MHlthSc (OT) specialising in developmental disability and paediatric practice, and is currently a PhD candidate at the University of Sydney. She worked in government services (health department and disability services) for 10 years prior to establishing Occupational Therapy Paediatric Services after having her children. Olivia has extensive experience with children and adolescents 0-18 years with a wide range of disabilities and diagnoses. Olivia frequently runs professional development for teachers and early childhood educators. She regularly mentors paediatric occupational therapists externally and is contracted to the National Occupational Therapy Association on a twice yearly basis to run education workshops for occupational therapists across Australia working in paediatrics. Olivia is committed to family centred practice and working collaboratively with all those supporting the child, to ensure the child’s wellbeing and feelings of success are at the centre of intervention.
LISA CELI
Senior Occupational Therapist
Lisa graduated from the University of Sydney and has worked in paediatric practice since graduation. She has broad experience working with children and adolescents across the age range and supporting children with all needs. She is especially committed to working in collaboration with schools to ensure best outcomes for her clients as well as capacity building for teachers. She has a particular interest in working with children with behavioural support needs. Lisa has worked at Occupational Therapy Paediatric Services since 2016. She is one of the senior therapists in the team and provides supervision and mentoring to newer team members. In her free time, Lisa loves rock climbing, hiking, bike riding and kayaking and this has inspired her to develop successful social skills programs using outdoor contexts.
LYNDA BORZYCKI
Senior Occupational Therapist
Lynda graduated from the University of Sydney in 1989 and as an Occupational Therapist has worked exclusively in paediatric practice. She has experience working with children and adolescents with a diverse range of challenges and complex needs. Lynda has worked extensively in schools to ensure best outcomes for her clients as well as capacity building for teachers. She has a particular interest in working with children with challenging behaviour, traumatic experiences and sleep difficulties and brings compassion and empathy to the families she works with. Lynda has worked at Occupational Therapy Paediatric Services since 2018 and is one of the senior therapists in the team.
CLAIRE DICKSON
Senior Occupational Therapist
Claire graduated from the University of Sydney and has worked in paediatric practice since graduation. She has broad experience working with children and adolescents across the age range and supporting children with all needs. She has a particular interest in pretend play therapy and neurodiversity-affirming practice and has worked primarily with autistic/neurodivergent children and adolescents throughout her career. Claire worked at Occupational Therapy Paediatric Services in 2017-2019, and has recently rejoined the team. Claire has additional training as a therapy dog handler and provided animal-assisted therapy as part of her previous role at another organisation.
She is one of the senior therapists in the team and provides supervision and mentoring to newer team members. Claire also provides supervision and mentoring to external paediatric occupational therapists and allied health clinicians who provide animal-assisted therapy. In her free time, Claire loves reading, gardening, bush walking, swimming at the beach and walking her dog, Asta.
JACQUI KIM
Senior Occupational Therapist
Jacqui graduated from University of Sydney and has worked at Occupational Therapy Paediatric Services since 2020. She has experience working together with children and families to achieve the best possible outcomes. She is passionate about working in different settings particularly providing school-based intervention, teacher education and working collaboratively with teachers and educators to ensure a holistic and collaborative therapy approach for her clients. She enjoys exploring new and creative ways to make therapy fun and exciting for all her clients.
DANE LAMB
Occupational Therapist
Dane graduated from Western Sydney University in 2021 and has worked in a paediatric practice ever since. Dane enjoys working with children and adolescents of all ages and abilities. He is especially committed to working in collaboration with parents, teachers and other allied health practitioners to ensure the best outcomes for his clients. He has a particular interest in teaching individuals of all ages on how to ride a bike. In his free time, Dane loves participating in triathlons, playing soccer and hiking.
KRISTEN KARAVATAKIS
Occupational Therapist
Kristen has worked with Occupational Therapy Paediatric Services since 2020, beginning as an Allied Health Assistant, working closely with all therapists on the team to carry out programs in children’s homes, schools, and preschools. Kristen graduated from Australian Catholic University in 2022 with a Bachelor of Occupational Therapy and has since stayed with the practice, enjoying her role as an occupational therapist. She is passionate about working with children of all abilities to best support them in achieving their goals. When she's not working with clients, Kristen can often be found at the gym or teaching Pilates. Her varied interests lends her a unique perspective, enhancing her sessions and relationships with clients.
SARAH PLAXTON
Speech Pathologist
Sarah graduated with a Bachelor of Applied Science (Speech Pathology) from the University of Sydney. Since then, she has worked in a variety of settings in community health and private practice.
Sarah enjoys supporting and helping kids to thrive, develop their communication skills, and reach their potential - all this done in fun, play-based sessions. She offers practical advice to parents, empowering them with the knowledge and skills to help their children at home. Sarah enjoys the collaborative and multidisciplinary aspect of working as a speech pathologist at OTPS.
Having recently moved back to Sydney from the Sunshine Coast, Sarah and her family are enjoying rediscovering Sydney's beaches, rockpools and restaurants.
SARAH MONTGOMERY
Occupational Therapist
Sarah graduated from Western Sydney University in 2024 with a Bachelor of Occupational Therapy. She is passionate about supporting children of all abilities to reach their potential. Sarah is dedicated to collaborating with families, teachers and all those involved to ensure her clients achieve their goals. She has experience working with children in various settings, including clinics, schools and community settings. In her free time, Sarah enjoys running, hiking and travelling.
SAMANTHA HENDERSON
Occupational Therapist
Sam graduated from Australian Catholic University in 2024 with a Bachelor of Occupational Therapy and began her career in paediatric practice shortly after. During her studies, she gained valuable hands-on experience as an Allied Health Assistant with Occupational Therapy Paediatric Services in 2024, supporting therapists across a variety of settings. Sam is passionate about working with children of all abilities, helping them achieve their goals and fostering independence in daily activities. Outside of work, Sam is a competitive water polo player. Her dedication to teamwork and perseverance mirrors her approach to therapy, bringing energy, discipline, and creativity to her sessions.
ELLY ROONEY
Occupational Therapist
Elly graduated from Australian Catholic University in 2024 with a Bachelor of Occupational Therapy and has worked with children of all ages and abilities throughout her studies. Elly is passionate about creating opportunities for every child to thrive and is committed to working holistically and collaboratively with families to be an advocate for their children's needs. Elly has experience working within the paediatric sector as a disability support worker and an educator at a school readiness program to assist children to improve their everyday skills as they transition to school. In her free time, Elly likes to go to the gym, spend quality time with her family and friends, go to the beach, and read.
ASHLEY CROFTON
Allied Health Assistant
Ashley is currently in her fourth year studying Occupational Therapy at Western Sydney University. She has worked in Pediatrics for 3 years and joined OTPS in 2024. Ashley works with children across various age ranges in settings such as homes, preschools, and schools, implementing therapy interventions designed by supervising Occupational Therapists. In her free time, Ashley enjoys playing soccer, swimming, and spending time with her family and friends.
HOLLY KARIS
Allied Health Assistant
Holly is currently in her third year studying Occupational Therapy at Western Sydney University. She has worked in disability and support work for 5 years and joined OTPS in 2025. Holly has 4 years of experience in nannying and is passionate about supporting children of all ages and abilities. In her free time, Holly enjoys going to the beach, swimming laps at the pool or hanging out with friends and family.
LINDA THOMAS
Practice Manager
Linda has extensive experience as a practice manager in health and medical facilities, and has been with Occupational Therapy Paediatric Service since. She is responsible for the general administration of the practice and liaison between our therapists and families. Linda enjoys interacting with our clients and being part of a very friendly and happy team. Linda provides a wealth of knowledge and experience to the practice and is dedicated to supporting our staff and clients.
